As you enter "Del Ray" you are greeted by a fabulous open living space that is truly the heart of this lovely home. A large sectional sofa provides a wonderful space for the family to gather. Whether you are cooking, dining, or relaxing on the sofa this spacious room is the perfect place to congregate with loved ones and create cherished memories! Two dining tables boarder the kitchen and there is additional seating at the kitchen island. After dinner, grab a cold beverage and soak up the salt air on the many sprawling deck as the waves crash in the background.
The main living level of this beautiful home provides five bedrooms, a spacious living area, and multiple entrances to the expansive deck. To the right of the great room is a hall that leads to three of the main floor guest rooms. The first guest room has two cozy queen-sized beds and is serviced by the adjacent full bathroom located just across the hall. The next guest room is furnished with a queen-sized bed and faces the ocean. A perfect accommodation for adults, this guest room has direct access to the deck. A king guest room is next door and provides a private bathroom, large TV, and access to a private nook on the deck that connects with the main deck. The first guest room has a queen bed and a twin sized day bed - making this room great for young families or junior travelers in the family!
