There is a full bath at the end of the hall that services the guest rooms on this level. At the end of the hall to the left in another king suite with large walk in closet, private bathroom and access to a deck that is shared with the neighboring bunk room. The bunk room has a twin bed with twin trundle and a bunk bed that is a full-size bed over another full bed. There is another washer/dryer set at the foot of the stairs leading to the second floor of this home.

The top floor opens to another full kitchen with granite counter tops and an additional living area with a large flat screen TV. This versatile space can be utilized as a bonus sleeping area with two twin sleeper sofas, a twin trundle, full day bed and an extra roll away bed in the closet - this room can easily convert to accommodate large families.
