"Surf Charlotte" welcomes you with open arms and you will know you made the right choice as soon as you walk through the front door! The open living dining area is cozy and elegant, making a comfortable gathering space after a long day on the beach. The double living room floor plan provides a generous space for your family to spread out and the smart TV's, two of which have Apple TV's, make it easy for everyone to enjoy their favorite shows and the 3 Bose SoundTouch speakers are Bluetooth enabled so you can listen to music throughout the house! Just off the main living room is the kitchen which features stainless steel appliances, a lovely tile back splash and tons of natural light.
The first queen guest bedroom is located between the living rooms and is outfitted with a luxurious memory foam mattress and serviced by the hall bathroom. The second living room is not only charming and full of character, but is also an efficient use of space as the sofa converts to a sleeper, allowing for an additional sleeping area. Just down the hall is a laundry room, two more queen bedrooms equipped with memory foam mattresses and the second full bathroom. The ground floor includes an outdoor shower and outdoor storage so you can conveniently store all your beach equipment. There is off-street parking for 3 vehicles, one in the driveway and two spots under the house which are accessed from East Atlanta Street. You won't want to leave Surf Charlotte so load up your family, beach gear, four-legged friend and come start a new Wrightsville Beach tradition! Occupancy: 8 Stay Requirements: Saturday to Saturday rental in summer. Minimum of 2-night stay in other seasons. Bedding Configuration: 3 Queen, 1 Queen Sleeper Sofa. Parking: Assigned parking on site for 3 vehicles. Pet Policy: Dogs welcome as an optional add-on for this property with a non-refundable fee of $250 + tax that is charged per pet. Maximum of 2 dogs per reservation. Charge will be added after booking if not selected at checkout and added at a later time.
Prohibited: Fireplace, Boat Trailers, Smoking, RV's, Boats, Charging Golf Carts, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental. Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 24 hours of booking, cancellations at 31+ days before check-in will receive a full refund after a $350 cancellation fee is deducted, cancellations at 15-30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of monies paid less a $350 cancellation fee and less than 15 days prior to arrival is not subject to a refund. All policies are subject to possible additional refund based on re-rental, excluding non-refundable cancellation fees and travel insurance (if applicable).
