Just one house away from the beach and a short stroll to the local restaurants and shops, this delightful cottage perfectly blends convenience and privacy. The spacious deck is perfect for outdoor dining, soaking in the sun, or just enjoying the ocean and local wildlife.
"Surf Charlotte" welcomes you with open arms and you will know you made the right choice as soon as you walk through the front door! The open living dining area is cozy and elegant, making a comfortable gathering space after a long day on the beach. The double living room floor plan provides a generous space for your family to spread out and the smart TV's, two of which have Apple TV's, make it easy for everyone to enjoy their favorite shows and the 3 Bose SoundTouch speakers are Bluetooth enabled so you can listen to music throughout the house! Just off the main living room is the kitchen which features stainless steel appliances, a lovely tile back splash and tons of natural light.
The first queen guest bedroom is located between the living rooms and is outfitted with a luxurious memory foam mattress and serviced by the hall bathroom. The second living room is not only charming and full of character, but is also an efficient use of space as the sofa converts to a sleeper, allowing for an additional sleeping area. Just down the hall is a laundry room, two more queen bedrooms equipped with memory foam mattresses and the second full bathroom.
The ground floor includes an outdoor shower and outdoor storage so you can conveniently store all your beach equipment. There is off-street parking for 3 vehicles, one in the driveway and two spots under the house which are accessed from East Atlanta Street. You won't want to leave Surf Charlotte so load up your family, beach gear, four-legged friend and come start a new Wrightsville Beach tradition!

Stay Requirements: Saturday to Saturday rental in summer. Minimum of 2-night stay in other seasons.
Bedding Configuration: 3 Queen, 1 Queen Sleeper Sofa.
Parking: Assigned parking on site for 3 vehicles.
Pet Policy: Pets welcome with a nonrefundable fee. Maximum of 2 pets per reservation.
Prohibited: Fireplace, Boat Trailers, Smoking, RV's, Boats, Charging Golf Carts, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental.
