This ocean front condo offers the best view on the beach, beautiful furnishings, and a comfortable space to soak in the salt air. Each Station One condo features a private balcony, has access to the communal grilling area with picnic tables, crystal-clear swimming pool, well maintained tennis court, meticulously groomed grounds, coin laundry on each floor, exterior security entrances, an elevator for your convenience, and all just steps from the beach, local shops, and restaurants - this condo has all the makings for a memorable family vacation!

This newly renovated 8th two-bedroom two-bathroom condo has all the comforts of home. A large sectional sofa provides a wonderful place to kick back and unwind. Watch TV or the dolphins swimming down the coastline from the comfort of your vacation rental! The well-equipped kitchen gives the option of cooking home cooked meals but there are many local restaurants within walking distance of this lovely home. The primary bedroom with queen bed has a private bathroom and access to the oceanfront balcony and a private bathroom for added convenience. The guest bedroom has two twin beds and 2 twin-sized rollaway beds located in the closet. No matter the configuration of your family or group, "High Seas" is versatile and able to cater to your needs.

Stay Requirements: Sunday to Sunday rental in summer. Minimum of two-night stays in other seasons.
Bedding Configuration: 1 Queen, 2 Twin, 2Twin Rollaway.
Parking: Parking for 2 vehicles with HOA parking pass.
Pet Policy: No pets allowed.
Prohibited: Smoking, Pets, Boats, Trailers, RV's, Golf Carts, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental.
Additional Amenities: Keyless Entry, Outdoor Shower, Community Pool, Commercial Elevator, Secure Lobby, Tennis Court, Private Community Beach Access, Communal Grilling Area.


*Please keep in mind that if you are renting a property with a pool during the off-season, it may not be open or available. Pools are usually open from mid- May to September, but dates can vary based on weather, permits, HOA guidelines, inspections, improvements, and unforeseen events. For more detailed information on specific pools, please feel free to contact our office.


The Station One complex requires all vehicles to display an HOA issued parking pass while parked on the property in order to avoid citation. Passes are strictly enforced and limited to two per rental unit; no exceptions can be made. All reservations require parking passes which will be issued from Bryant Real Estate to the reservation holder at the time of check in.

Bryant Real Estate, established in 1952, is a professionally operated firm that is licensed in North Carolina and hired by the property owner to manage "W223 - High Seas" as a vacation rental.
