Vehicles must be parked in the designated spot(s) in the carport labeled for unit "D" and cannot obstruct the driveway or utilize other parking areas on the property.
Occupancy: 6 Stay Requirements: Sunday to Sunday rental in summer. Minimum of 3-night stay in other seasons. Bedding Configuration: 1 King, 1 Queen, 2 Twin. Parking: Parking for 2 cars in the designated carport area. Pet Policy: No pets allowed. Prohibited: No Boat Trailers, Smoking, RV's, Pets, Charging Golf Carts, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental. Featured Amenities: Covered Parking, Boat Slip accommodates 30' boat, Keyless Entry, Sound Front. Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 24 hours of booking, cancellations at 31+ days before check-in will receive a full refund after a $350 cancellation fee is deducted, cancellations at 15-30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of monies paid less a $350 cancellation fee and less than 15 days prior to arrival is not subject to a refund. All policies are subject to possible additional refund based on re-rental, excluding non-refundable cancellation fees and travel insurance (if applicable).
