"Weaver" offers a spacious main living level that opens to a wonderful great room. The open floor plan lends itself to gathering loved ones. There is plenty of seating for everyone whether you are eating a meal or relaxing and catching up on some evening television. There is a large, covered porch with rockers and a swing, so that you can enjoy the soft sea breezes and salt air in the shade. The primary bedroom is complete with a private bathroom and king-sized bed. There are two additional guest bedrooms on the main living level that share a buddy bathroom and a laundry facility.
Upstairs there is a sitting area that is perfect for reading, napping, or just gazing out to the sun sparkling off the Intracoastal Waterway beyond.
