This 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom townhouse features an open concept living area on the first floor. The living room is furnished with a large Roku enabled TV so you can watch all your favorite shows as you relax on the plush sofa. A large sliding glass door gives easy access to the first-floor deck and magnificent ocean views. The kitchen overlooks the dining table and living room so the chef in the family can join in on conversation while preparing meals. There is a convenient full bathroom on this level that can be accessed from the hallway or the adjoining bedroom. The first-floor bedroom is furnished with 1 twin and 1 full-sized bed.
Upstairs is the primary bedroom which has a cozy king-sized bed, a private deck with ocean views, and a private ensuite bathroom. There is a full-sized washer and dryer in the upstairs hallway for added convenience. The third bedroom is furnished with two standalone queen-sized beds. "Ramsey East Unit" is a popular pick for many returning guests as it lends itself to families, provides ample parking, has two decks that have wonderful ocean views, and is just steps from the beach.
For larger family gatherings, rent the adjoining unit W148 "Ramsey West Unit", for a total of 6 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, dining and living areas! There is a connecting first floor door between the East and West units that can be unlocked with advance notice for larger families renting these units in combination. Stay Requirements: Saturday to Saturday rental in Summer. Minimum of two night stay other seasons.

Prohibited: Pets, Smoking, RV's, Boats, Boat Trailers, Charging Golf Carts, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental.
Pet Policy: Pets not allowed.
