"Janssen" is a 2-bedroom, 2-bath 2nd floor oceanfront condo in the William and Mary complex in Carolina Beach, perfect for a family getaway. With ocean views and a breezy deck, a relaxing vacation in a beautiful location is just waiting for you to enjoy.
The living room and kitchen are oceanfront, while both bedrooms are street side. The primary bedroom has a Queen bed, and the second bedroom is perfect for the kiddos with a set of bunkbeds plus one Twin bed. The Full sofa bed is located in the living room. There is even a porta-crib in the closet of the main bedroom, so you don't have to travel with one of those. Sit outside and get a dose of fresh air on the oceanfront deck, great for outdoor dining and sunbathing.
An outside shower is located at the rear of the building. This is a second floor unit.
"Janssen" is in the William & Mary complex located just seven blocks north of the Boardwalk area in downtown Carolina Beach. You are within walking distance to shops, restaurants and the summer activities such as fireworks, carnival rides and live music. Prohibited: Smoking, Pets Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 24 hours of booking, cancellations at 31+ days before check-in will receive a full refund after a $350 cancellation fee is deducted, cancellations at 15-30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of monies paid less a $350 cancellation fee and less than 15 days prior to arrival is not subject to a refund. All policies are subject to possible additional refund based on re-rental, excluding non-refundable cancellation fees and travel insurance (if applicable).
