From its original hardwood floors and ceilings, to some of the original furnishings, with newly updated bathrooms and a flat screen; bring it that quaint beach house feel. The main level of this cottage has the living room, kitchen, and dining area. On the same floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed, and a full bath. Upstairs, the bedroom with 2 double beds and 1 twin bed, has a great view of the sound. The additional bedroom on the same floor also has 1 double bed, 1 twin bed, and a small sitting area. You can take walk out on the pier and take in all of the beauty as the sun sets.

**This property is a family friendly unit in a residential area that has a year round tenant in the lower unit.**

Parking allows two cars, one parking spot beside the home, one additional parking spot across the street with parking pass. Guests do NOT have access to the garage.

This cottage does not allow smoking, boats, grills or pets.

Bryant Real Estate, established in 1952, is a family owned and operated firm that is licensed in North Carolina and hired by the property owner to manage "W206 - Enoch" as a vacation rental.
