This spacious three-bedroom, two-bath condo comfortably sleeps up to eight guests and offers the perfect setup for a relaxing family getaway. The primary bedroom and living room both open directly to a large oceanfront deckideal for enjoying morning coffee, al fresco dining, or simply soaking up the breathtaking coastal views. The primary and second bedrooms each feature cozy Queen beds, the third bedroom includes two Twin beds, and there's a convenient sleeper sofa in the living room to accommodate additional guests.
Guests will enjoy easy access to the beach via a private walkover, as well as the refreshing street-side poolperfect for cooling off after a day in the sun. The Sands V complex is centrally located between Carolina and Kure Beaches, placing you just moments away from all the best that Pleasure Island has to offer. Spend your days surfing, fishing, or collecting seashells, then explore local shops and restaurants in the evening. Pools are usually open from mid- May to September, but dates can vary based on weather, permits, HOA guidelines, inspections, improvements, and unforeseen events. Stay Requirements: Saturday to Saturday rental in summer. Minimum of 2-night stay in other seasons.
Bedding Configuration: 2 Queens, 2 Twins, 1 Queen Sofa Bed.
Parking: Parking for 1 vehicle with provided HOA parking pass.
Pet Policy: No pets allowed.
Prohibited: Smoking, Pets, RV's, Boats, Boat Trailers, Charging Golf Carts, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental. Please note that a washer and dryer are not included with this rental.

Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 24 hours of booking, cancellations at 31+ days before check-in will receive a full refund after a $350 cancellation fee is deducted, cancellations at 15-30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of monies paid less a $350 cancellation fee and less than 15 days prior to arrival is not subject to a refund. All policies are subject to possible additional refund based on re-rental, excluding non-refundable cancellation fees and travel insurance (if applicable).
