All bedrooms and baths are on this level. Stairs lead to an enclosed crow's nest offering a cozy get-away sitting area with panoramic ocean and sound views.
The little ones will enjoy playing and swimming at the sound front sandy beach at low tide. Conveniently located close to a beach access and The Blockade Runner Hotel.
This property has been equipped with an elevator in the past, however, it is not compliant with Weston's Law and therefore has been disabled. The elevator cannot legally be operated for any purpose.
