The storage room under the home is not available for guest use. The fenced front yard is great for pets and kids with access to the outdoor shower, perfect for rinsing off the sand after a day at the beach. Enjoy a stroll through McLean-Spell Park directly behind the house, and don't forget to pause on the pedestrian bridge to see the turtles! You'll appreciate the close proximity to everything Emerald Isle has to offer. Just steps from the vibrant heart of the town and sidewalks, this neighborhood also features soundside access at Cedar Street Park. Relax with a picnic, stroll down the dock, or simply enjoy breathtaking sunsets.
