On the ground level entry you'll find a private bedroom with Queen and full bath. The second floor features the primary bedroom with King and ensuite, third bedroom with Queen, Smart TV and small office desk which shares a full-size hallway bathroom with the kids' room offering three bunks, Smart TV and seating. The washer/dryer is also located on the second floor. On the third floor you'll find an open spacious kitchen, half bath, dining and living area. This is where you'll have access to the large, covered deck with views! The kitchen is fully-equipped for all your cooking needs such as dishwasher, ice cream maker, slow cooker and blender. The living room offers comfortable seating, a gas fireplace (available December- February only) and Smart TV. Outside the home you'll enjoy an outdoor shower, gas grill, various outdoor areas to hang out including a picnic table and firepit. Also included for your family outdoor adventures are three adult kayaks, three children's kayaks (life vests included) and one paddleboard. You'll have easy access to the soundfront community dock right next to the property via path. Other outdoor features include basketball hoop, tree swing and board games. Three blocks from the beach with golf cart parking available. Golf carts are available for rent through various companies in the area. Please call our office for recommendations. Garage not available for guests use. Weekly only. No smoking. Dogs allowed with $200 non-refundable fee per dog (2 maximum, 30 lb. limit) Please, absolutely NO CATS!
