Pier access makes this a good location for fishing, kayaking, and paddle boarding (boat lift not for guest use. The boat lift is leased out for the year). Gas grill. Golf cart seats four and is available for easy access to the beach. 10 minute walk to beach. Guests do not have access to Cape Emerald pool, dock and courts. Available year-round. No smoking.
