The upper level consists of an open floor plan with astounding ocean views from living, kitchen and dining areas. A lower level family room with 65" Smart TV, coffee bar, overflow refrigerator and game table supports the pool area and gives the guests an extra space to enjoy. Dishwasher, washer/dryer, 2 refrigerators, 6 Smart cable TVs, DVD player, wireless Internet access and ceiling fans. Covered and open decks with porch furniture, gas grill, hot/cold outside shower. Easy, direct beach access right across the street. Weekly only. No smoking. Dogs allowed with $175 non-refundable fee per pet (no cats, 2 maximum). 100 10th Street.

This 2nd row property rents monthly in the off-season. Linens are not included in monthly rentals, but may be added to your reservation. Pets considered with $300 non-refundable fee per pet. Pool may not be available in off-season & pool fees are not included in monthly rates.
