Parking is conveniently located at the front door. Very close proximity to sports complex, indoor heated pool, exercise room, tennis courts and charcoal grill. Weekly only. Available year-round including monthly in the off-season. No smoking. No pets.
**Please be advised that construction is currently underway throughout the entire Summer Winds complex. This includes the replacement of one stairwell in Building A and one stairwell in Building B, with completion expected by the end of June. Additionally, fascia and balcony repairs are expected throughout the spring, with an estimated completion by the end of June. During these projects, dust and loud construction noise are anticipated. For specific questions about the work being done on a particular unit, please contact our Guest Services department**

This oceanfront condo rents monthly in the off-season. Linens are not included in monthly rentals, but may be added to your reservation.
