Amazing outdoor extras include an oceanside 9' x 19' swimming pool and large hot tub, putting green, poolside bar/snack area with sink, grill and enclosed hot/cold outside shower. Heated pool is available October through May for an additional $500 per week. Covered decks and balconies on each level to enjoy both sunrise and sunset. All three levels of this reverse floor plan home are accessible by a lighted staircase or elevator. The first floor offers plenty of options including a game room with pool table, foosball table, wet bar, beverage fridge, and half bath; a movie room with 8 reclining seats; a sizeable laundry room with utility sink; and three bedrooms (oceanside Queen with private bath, King with shared bath and Q,S with shared bath. The second floor offers 4 bedrooms (oceanside King with deck access and private bath that includes whirlpool tub, shower, and private laundry; oceanside King with deck access and shared bath; oceanside Queen with deck access and shared bath; Queen with hall bath and garden tub). The top floor stuns with an entire wall of windows showcasing the ocean plus three decks (expansive oceanfront deck with table and rockers; two sound-side decks perfect for toasting the sunset), 1 bedroom (King with sound-side deck access and hall bath), and a spacious, well-equipped kitchen with sound-side deck access, granite countertops, double wall ovens, 2 dishwashers, Jenn-air cooktop, large refrigerator and extra wine fridge. The generous dining area with table for twelve and kitchen bar for 4 and a family room with gas fireplace are also on this floor.
All 8 bedrooms have flat-screen TVs and ceiling fans. Wireless internet access (400mbps) is also provided. Available year-round. No smoking on premises, and while we love animals, we cannot accommodate any pets in the property during the rental season. 707 Emerald Drive.
