Monthly off-season rentals considered on a case by case basis. NO SMOKING. Pets allowed with $175 non-refundable fee per pet (2 maximum, 40 lb. limit per pet). 36" metal dog crate & pet food and water bowls available for use. *Due to the design of the parking lot only small to mid-sized cars and SUVs are allowed in the designated spot.* One additional vehicle of any size may be parked in onsite shared parking lot a 1 minute walk from the unit.
