This oceanfront property rents monthly in the off-season. Linens are not included in monthly rentals, but may be added to your reservation. Pets considered with $300 non-refundable fee per pet.

2023-2024: Sep or May (Reserved for Weekly Guests); Oct $10,200; Nov or Dec $7,500; Jan - Mar $5,500; Apr $7,300. Rates based on 28-night reservations. Call for monthly availability.
