Large dining tables inside and outside invite to gather around, while sharing stories about the adventures you had that day and plan the ones you´ll go on tomorrow. The house offers four king bedrooms, three with deck access and ocean view, the fourth is on the main level as a separate suit. Fifth bedroom has two full size bunk beds and a connecting bathroom. All bedrooms are equipped with Smart TVs and Spectrum cable TV app. Enjoy the ground level game room with air hockey and a large smart TV for family movie night. Second refrigerator (no freezer) on ground level just off the game room. Washer/dryer, water softener, ceiling fans throughout, DVD player and wireless Internet access. Hot tub with brilliant view of the ocean, next to an enclosed hot/cold outside shower. Gas grill and your private boardwalk to the beach. Weekly only. No smoking.
