Dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker, washer/dryer, 7 flat screen TVs including one in each bedroom, wireless Internet access, ceiling fans. Private TV room on ground level with flat screen and mini refrigerator. Covered and open decks with porch furniture including outdoor teak pool furniture surrounding the spacious pool area. Gas grill, enclosed hot/cold outside shower. Water booster pump. Directly across from beach access. Available year-round. Four-night minimum. No smoking. Pets allowed with $200 non-refundable fee per pet (2 maximum, 75 lb. limit). Fenced-in yard. 6506 Ocean Drive.

This second row property rents monthly in the off-season. Linens included in monthly rentals. Pets considered with $300 non-refundable fee per pet. Pool may be winterized from November to March.
