This almost oceanfront property rents monthly in the off-season, year-round. Linens are not included in monthly rentals, but may be added to your reservation. Pets considered with $300 non-refundable fee per pet. Pool fees are not included in discounted monthly rates. Pool shut down approximately October 1 - June 1 unless by prior arrangement with optional pool fee $375/month.

2022-2023: September $5,400; October $2,200; November - March $1,950; April $2,200; May $4,800. Base rental rates for 28-night reservation; other fees apply.

Off-Season 2022-2023: 3 - 6 Month Lease October - April $1,895 per month
