This duplex is available to rent weekly or monthly in the off-season. Linens are not included in monthly rentals, but may be added to your reservation. Dogs will be considered for monthly rentals with a $300 non-refundable fee per pet (no cats).
For monthly rentals: November $3,200; December $3,100; January - March $2,800. Base rental rates for 28-night reservation; other fees apply.
