There is also a foosball table and DVD player downstairs. Five of six bedrooms have ocean views and two are primary suites. Private 11' x 20' swimming pool large deck area, abundant porch furniture and professional landscaping within natural surroundings. Covered and open decks with porch furniture. Charcoal grill, hot/cold outside shower, separate cold water rinsing station near pool. Property has two levels, the lower level is entirely accessible with no stairs, the upper level is accessible via both an exterior staircase with separate entry and an interior spiral staircase. Grassy lawn areas great for outdoor games. Beautiful ocean views and easy beach access directly across the street. Available weekly year 'round and nightly in the off-season (September through May, three-night minimum). No smoking. Pets allowed with $200 non-refundable fee per pet (dogs only, 2 maximum). 5302 Ocean Drive.

This 2nd row property rents monthly in the off-season. Linens are not included in monthly rentals, but may be added to your reservation. Pets considered with $300 non-refundable fee per pet.
