**Please be advised that construction is currently underway throughout the entire Summer Winds complex. This includes the replacement of one stairwell in Building A and one stairwell in Building B, with completion expected by the end of May. Additionally, fascia and balcony repairs are expected throughout the spring, with an estimated completion by the end of June. During these projects, dust and loud construction noise are anticipated. This beautiful oceanfront condo rents monthly in the off-season. Linens are not included in monthly rentals, but may be added to your reservation.
