Stay fit with our in-house yoga mats or take a short walk to both community swimming pools and tennis court. Available year-round for weekly rentals (4 night minimum off-season). Monthly off-season rentals considered on a case by case basis. NO SMOKING. Pets allowed with a $175 non-refundable fee per pet (2 maximum, 40 lb. limit per pet). Metal dog crate (36") and food/water bowls available for use. *Due to the design of the parking lot only small to mid-sized cars and SUVs are allowed in the designated spot.* One more vehicle of any size may be parked in onsite shared parking lot a 1 minute walk from the unit.
