Large living area has hardwood floors, 52" Smart TV with premium channels via cable box, Blu-ray player, wireless Internet access, board games, puzzles and books. Gas fireplace. Well-equipped kitchen, 2 dishwashers, 2 refrigerators, Jenn-Air range and oven, washer/dryer, 5 bedroom TV's: Roku with Spectrum Cable app, ceiling fans, water softener. Upstairs entertainment area has reading nook with chaise, Roku TV, Xbox 360 (plays all DVDs) with game library. Floor plan on main level includes extra wide doors and handicapped friendly bath (not ADA approved) with roll-in shower, shower chair, handicapped toilet and bars. Additional amenities are available UPON ADVANCE REQUEST for guests with mobility needs, including Saravia telecab (small elevator to first floor) with 500 lb. capacity, roll-in shower chair, Liko all-room electric overhead hoist system in BR with Q. These handicap items MUST BE REQUESTED IN ADVANCE. Sturdy, 5' wide ramp to beach. Covered and open decks with a dozen rockers and chaise lounges. Covered upper level oceanfront decks off bedrooms have cushioned chairs and rockers. Gas Blackstone flat top grill, charcoal grill, enclosed hot/cold outside shower accessible to Tiralo beach chair. Boardwalk to oceanfront gazebo with benches and fresh water rinse off. 3 Night Minimum stay for Off-Season stays. Available year-round. No smoking. No pets. 6715 Ocean Drive.

This oceanfront property rents monthly in the off-season. Linens are not included in monthly rentals, but may be added to your reservation.
