An elevator reaches all floors making it easy for unloading groceries and luggage. Six beautiful oceanfront primary suites each with private bath, Smart TV and access to the furnished oceanfront deck. The fitness room is like your own private gym with various workout equipment including a Peloton bike system (stationary bike if you do not have a Peloton account) , weight equipment, treadmill, elliptical and an Octane fitness trainer. A cedar-paneled sauna room is the perfect place to unwind after your workout. The well-equipped kitchen is a chef's dream featuring stainless appliances, wide granite countertops, a double wall oven, 2 full-size refrigerators, 2 dishwashers and an icemaker. The dining table seats ten and the breakfast bar seats seven. The open living area features hardwood flooring, a gas fireplace and Smart TV and opens up to the pool area. A media room furnished with a wet bar, full-size refrigerator and large screen TV is perfect for family movie night. The home offers Smart TVs with cable throughout as well wireless Internet, washer/dryer and ceiling fans. Gas grill, 2 enclosed hot/cold outside showers. Furnished oceanfront deck features an electric retractable awning for the option of full sun or shade. Weekly only. Available year-round. No smoking.
