Enjoy your very own Private Pool (Kindly be advised: The heated pool is available as an optional feature from May to September. However, please note that the heat pump will not operate if the temperature falls below 55 degrees.), and the Private Hot Tub. Ground Level: Covered Parking. Access to the Elevator and Stairs to the main living areas. The Theater Room is adorned with relaxing furniture including a Sectional Couch and three recliners along with a large Flat Screen TV.

Level One: The spacious Game room offers entertainment for all ages with a Pool Table, Foosball Table, and Poker Table. The French doors open to the Oceanfront Pool area with your Private Pool and Hot Tub. Access to a Full Bathroom is located directly from the Pool Area. A Wet Bar is located directly off the Recreation room - the perfect place to mix a cold beverage to take out to the pool with you! Bedroom #1 is an Oceanfront Master Suite with a King Bed, Flat Screen TV, a Private Bathroom and direct access to the Oceanfront deck and Pool area. Bedroom #2 has both Ocean and Sound views, a King Bed, Flat Screen TV, Private Bathroom and direct access to a shared Sound View Balcony. Bedroom #3 has Sound views, a Twin Bunk Bed & a Double Twin Bunk Bed, Flat Screen TV as well as direct access to the shared Sound View Balcony with Bedroom #2.

Level Two: Bedroom #4 is an Oceanfront Master Suite with a King Bed, Flat Screen TV, Private Bathroom and Direct Access to the Oceanfront Deck. Bedroom #5 is a Soundview Master Suite with a King Bed, Flat Screen TV, Private Bathroom and Direct Access to the Oceanfront Deck. Bedroom #6 is an Oceanfront Master Suite with a King Bed, Private Bathroom, Flat Screen TV and Direct Access to a Shared Soundview Balcony. Bedroom #7 is a Sound view Master Suite with a Queen Bed, Flat Screen TV, Private Bathroom and Direct Access to a Shared Sound View Balcony with Bedroom #6.

Level Three: Once you walk into the Spacious Main Living area, you will be able to feel all the thought and love that has gone into this immaculate home. The tasteful nautical theme, decorated with both historic pieces and local artist will give you such a refreshing feeling. The incredible views of the Atlantic Ocean will be the first thing you eyes are drawn to but then you will begin to see the elegant details in this home. Oars that washed ashore on the coastline of Oregon from the Tsunami drape the Great Room walls. Two French style doors open up to the top floor Oceanfront Deck where you can view the Crystal Coast coastline, but on a clear day you can also see the Cape Lookout Lighthouse, a moment you will never forget. The Dining Room with seating for 20, located directly off the Kitchen, has gorgeous views of both the Ocean and the Sound. The expansive gourmet kitchen will make family meals a breeze, with all top of the line appliances and an island perfect for preparing and entertaining.
