Welcome to Summer Winds Sports Condo Complex located in the quaint fishing village of Salter Path (next to Emerald Isle). Summer Winds condos are guaranteed to meet the needs of all members in your party! Summer Winds has both direct oceanfront & oceanfront condos only! There is a poolside cafe, serving drinks (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic), ice cream, hot dogs, sandwiches, etc.- There is a place to rent beach umbrellas and chairs. A Lending Library is located in the Sports Complex for guests to enjoy.

Summer Winds A-115 is a 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath Ground Level, Oceanfront Condo. Bedroom #1 has a King Bed. Bedroom #2 has 2 Twin Beds. The Living Area features a Flat Screen Television and a Double Sleeper Sofa. This Condo is directly across from the Sports Complex making using the amenities there easy and convenient. Being on the first floor also provides easy access to the complex¡s Pool and Hot Tub.

Amenities Include: 2 Color Cable TVs, a Microwave, a Dishwasher, a Washer/Dryer, and a Covered Deck with Furniture.

NOTE: There are temporary stairs at some stacks while HOA completes walkway work. All elevators are operational.

No Smoking.

No Pets.

Linens & Towels Provided with Beds Made for Weekly and Nightly stays.

Rents Weekly Sunday - Sunday. Rents Nightly with a 3 night minimum in advance during Off Season, last minute during In Season.
