The Living Area has a Large Flat Screen TV, Queen Sleeper Sofa and direct access to the covered deck with table, chairs & loungers. Dining area allows seating for 4. Kitchen/Bar Area is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave & washer/dryer for your convenience. Master Bedroom #1 with Queen, Flat screen TV and full bath along with an oceanview deck access. Bedroom #2 has Twin Beds and a Flat Screen TV. Full Bath. 3 Flat Screen TVs, CD Player & 2 DVD Player¡s. Apple Kicker for your iPhone or iPod and Beach Chairs.

DOGS ALLOWED with our All-Inclusive Pet Program (Weekly and Nightly Rentals Only; Monthly Rentals Not Included); No pet fee for 2 Dogs Max. It is the responsibility of pet owners to ensure that they clean up after their pets (i.e., picking up waste from property grounds). Should the guest fail to do so, an additional fee of $100 will be charged to the credit card on file.
PARKING INFORMATION: Each reservation will receive 2 Gate Cards. Sound of the Sea West condos will also receive 1 Parking Pass to park one car by the building. Additional parking will be available in the overflow lot. ***Lost Gate Card Fee is $75, Lost Parking Pass Fee is $50.***
Reminder: The small complex pool will reopen in the spring for guest use!

Rents nightly with a 3-night minimum stay, off-season only.
