The Ocean Club Resort resonates with southern charm. Built in the Charlestonian style of architecture, the open living space of the villas harmonizes with the magnificent maritime environment. All villas have fully equipped kitchens, 1-2 bedrooms, 2 baths, washers/dryers and balconies. As the coastal destination resort, The Ocean Club offers every amenity.

Access to the soundside fishing pier and launch areas for kayaks and paddleboards is also available. Grilling is just a few steps away via community park grill access. Featuring 3 pools including a gated Oceanfront heated pool, Soundfront pool, and children's pool, there is no end of things to do at the resort. For those who want to explore the Crystal Coast, shopping, dining, golf, eco-touring, charter wind surfing, fishing and scuba diving are just a few of the activities available nearby.

-Parking Allowance is for Two Vehicles Only.

-Boat/Trailer and/or or overflow Parking are Not Permitted at the Complex.

Ocean Club B303 is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath Oceanfront Condo, overlooking the beautiful Atlantic Ocean! This beautifully decorated condo has great views of the Ocean. You can sit on the balcony, relax and watch the boats go by on your rocking chairs! High speed wireless internet access and an answering machine for your convenience. Living Area offers a Queen Sleeper Sofa. The Master Bedroom #1 has a King bed, TV, DVD Player and Private Bathroom. Bedroom #2 has a Queen bed, TV and DVD Player. The Den has a Twin Daybed with Twin Trundle.

Amenities Include: 4 HDTVs, 1 Blu-Ray Player, 4 DVD Players, Netflix, CD Player located in the Living Room, Margaritaville frozen Margarita Maker, Nintendo Wii with several games, Access to Beach Chairs and Umbrellas along with Beach Toys located in storage.

Linens and Towels provided with Beds Made for Weekly and Nightly stays. Note: Please bring your own crib sheets, they are not provided with linen package.
