Through the windows you can observe the panoramic ocean views which give the cottage a light, airy feeling. All year long, the extra-large wrap-around deck invites you to sit and enjoy watching the sapphire waves kiss the golden sand. This tropical-colored cottage is Pet Friendly, which means you can pack up your entire family, including Rover, and enjoy your vacation today! Chance Encounter also has a private walkway to the beach!

Level One: Bedroom #1 has a Queen Bed with TV. Bedroom #2 has a King Bed with a Private Bath and TV. Bedroom #3 has 2 Twin Beds with a TV. Bedroom #4 has a Twin Bunk Set and a shared Bath with TV. Kitchen Area includes a Dishwasher and a Microwave.

Additional Amenities include: 4 HDTVs, 1 DVD Player, Roku TVs, Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+, YouTubeTV, a Microwave, a Dishwasher, a Washer/Dryer, Central Air/Heat, Ceiling Fans, a Card Table, an Extra-Large Wrap-Around Deck with Chaise Lounges, Porch Rockers, Picnic Table, Beach Toys, a Charcoal Grill and 2 Outside Showers (One is Enclosed Hot/Cold). Covered play area with sandbox and kiddie pool to keep little ones out of the sun.

Linens and Towels provided for Weekly stays. Crib sheets are not provided with linen package.

Up to 2 Dogs Allowed with our All-Inclusive Pet Policy for Weekly and Nightly stays - No fee! It is the responsibility of pet owners to ensure that they clean up after their pets (i.e., picking up waste from property grounds). Should the guest fail to do so, an additional fee of $100 will be charged to the credit card on file.
