Beach Blessings

Beach Blessings is an Almost Oceanfront, 7-bedroom, 6-full, and 2-half bath home located directly across from the beach access in the heart of Emerald Isle. Beach Blessings is one of our exclusive Blue Pearl Homes. Exquisitely-furnished and exceptionally-appointed, Blue Pearl Homes are top-of-the-line vacation homes. As such, Beach Blessings boasts an upgraded linen package, with your beds made-up for you, and comes with a heated pool (may be heated upon request for $625/week), a hot tub, and an elevator.

Beach Blessings has gotten a facelift this spring with new carpet in all the bedrooms and new lights in all the bathrooms. The three king bedrooms have all new furniture, and the three bedrooms on the west side of the house (top, middle, and ground floors) have new, firmer mattresses. The top floor living area has a new comfy sectional and stylish tables, and the wood floors are all shined up. The kitchen appliances were updated late last summer and are ready for your gourmet cooking.

Amenities and Info Layout -Seven spacious bedrooms, five with their own dedicated bathrooms. No sharing required. -Two living areas, one on the top floor and one on the bottom. Room to spread out. -A dining area large enough to accommodate your entire crew. -Access all three floors from the outside stairs and decks. -Two large driveways to avoid the car shuffle. -Spacious pool deck with room to lounge or play. Location -Directly across from the beach access. Almost oceanfront without the oceanfront price tag. -Walk or bike only a half-mile to countless restaurants, miniature golf, go karts, gift shops, the grocery store, and the movie theater at Emerald Plantation. -The Bogue Inlet Fishing Pier is within a 1/4 mile walk on the beach. -Situated on a neighborhood loop road with extremely light traffic. -Just a few blocks from access to Emerald Isle¡s paved paths for running, biking, or rollerblading.

There ¡s also a wet bar with mini-fridge, microwave, and ice maker. -Powder room also with access from outside. -Bedroom #1: Ocean-side queen plus twin bunk with trundle, TV -Bedroom #2: two twin bunk sets, one with trundle, TV -Full bath with tub shared by these bedrooms.

Level One: -Bedrooms #3 and #6: ocean-side master suites with king beds, private bathrooms, TVs, and direct access to the ocean-side deck -Bedrooms #4 and #5 ocean-side queen bedrooms with private baths, TVs, and direct access to the ocean-side deck -Laundry area with washer and dryer, iron and ironing board.
