A full bathroom is located on each level. Step out on the spacious walk-around lower deck area complete with furniture including adirondack chairs to enjoy the ocean breeze and sunny seaside locale. Enjoy the enclosed yard with patio, Adirondack chairs, Propane Fire Pit table, and Yard games including Corn Hole, Yard Yahtzee, and Ladder Golf provided.5 Roku TVs, BluRay Player, DVD Player, Central Air/Heat. Washer/Dryer. Covered Deck with Furniture. Indoor Fireplace not to be used. Enclosed outside shower with hot and cold water.
