Enjoy the beautiful ocean scenery while taking in the smells of the fresh salt air from the covered outdoor decks! The Lawn at this property is perfect for outdoor games. Pool basketball available. There are also other Games and books available at the property and it is just a two minute walk to the beach (beach access directly in front of the house in front of us).
Floor 1: Recreation room with Smart TV, Bar (Includes: refrigerator and sink), Full bath with walk-in shower, and sliding door to access pool area. Separate exterior laundry room with beach chairs/games. Outdoor cushioned seating area with lights. Hot/Cold enclosed outdoor shower. Pool with outdoor furniture/chaise lounges.
Floor 2: Bedroom 1: Queen bed, Flat screen TV with Firestick, and deck access. Bedroom 2: Queen bed, Flat screen TV with Firestick, Interior door to shared full bath, and deck access. Bedroom 3: Queen bed, twin bed, Flat screen TV with Firestick. Bedroom 4: Full bed, Flat screen TV with Firestick. Full Bath #1 with walk-in shower and double sinks. Full Bath #2 with tub/shower combination.
