DESCRIPTION
Dock Holiday is a charming 3rd-row oceanview home in beautiful Atlantic Beach, filled with light, color, and comfort. The home is tastefully furnished and boasts a convenient location within walking distance to two beach access points. You can choose between a more neighborhood atmosphere at the Beaufort Ave./E. Boardwalk Blvd. access or The Circle Regional Beach Access, which features a boardwalk, bathrooms, outdoor showers, parking, lifeguards, picnic tables, shopping, and dining options.
Dog lovers will appreciate the pet-friendly environmenttake your leashed dog to the beach, rinse them off in the large outdoor shower (complete with a dressing area and hose), and then let them relax in the fully enclosed backyard. Just a short drive away, explore the charming towns of Morehead City, Beaufort's waterfront, and Fort Macon State Park. The property offers covered parking, a patio with furniture, and a gas grill for outdoor cooking. For cozy nights in, Dock Holiday features a private hot tub.
The first floor is home to all three bedrooms for easy access. The first bedroom features a king bed, TV, private bathroom, and access to the deck. Down the hall, the second bedroom offers a queen bed, TV, and shares a bathroom with the third bedroom. The third bedroom is furnished with a twin over twin bunk bed, a TV, and deck access, sharing the second bathroom.
The second floor features a wooden staircase leading to the open living area with cathedral ceilings, hardwood floors, and two accesses to a spacious semi-covered deck with ample seating and a dining table. The fully equipped kitchen includes a stove, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator with an ice maker, as well as small appliances like a slow cooker, blender, and two coffee makers (Keurig and Mr. Coffee). A short hallway connects the kitchen to a utility closet with a washer/dryer, and a convenient half bath is located across from the closet. The living area offers plenty of seating, including a tall table for four and a bar seating four, with comfortable furniture for five while enjoying the flat-screen TV.
