Grande Villas A-3 is a tastefully decorated 3 Bedroom 3 Bathroom Oceanfront Villa with plenty of space for you to enjoy your home away from home. An open floor plan makes it easy to relax with family and friends. Equipped with High Speed Wireless Internet for your convenience.

The Living Room has direct access to a large, private deck outside each Master Bedroom with incredible views of the Atlantic Ocean. This villa includes a Fully Equipped Kitchen with plenty of seating and some extras like a griddle, wok, George Foreman Grill and Air Fryer.

Bedding Includes: 1 King Bed, 1 Queen Bed, 1 Double, 2 Twins Bunk set.

Additional Amenities: 3 Flat Panel TVs and Cable.

Up to 2 Dogs Allowed with $150 + tax Pet Fee per dog. It is the responsibility of pet owners to ensure that they clean up after their pets (i.e., picking up waste from property grounds). Should the guest fail to do so, an additional fee of $100 will be charged to the credit card on file. 

Rents Weekly only Sunday - Sunday. LAST MINUTE BOOKINGS less than 5 Days in Advance of Arrival, STAYS UNDER 7 NIGHTS, EARLY CHECK IN and LATE CHECK OUT are NOT permitted by the HOA.
