Bedroom #1 has a King Bed. Bedroom #2 has 1 Full and 1 Twin Bed. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans. Queen Sleeper Sofa in Living area with Smart TV. Kitchen has a Refrigerator, Microwave and Dishwasher. Community WiFi is also available.
Additional Amenities Include: 3 Flat Screen TVs, Basic Cable, High Speed Wireless Internet, Outdoor Decks, Deck Furniture & Washer and Dryer. Re-modeled Indoor Community Pool and Hot Tub (located less than 100 feet from this condo unit).
Elevator: There is one elevator per building at A Place at the Beach and they are located at the back (Ocean Side) of the buildings. Building "L" elevator is located between rooms 131 & 132. Building "K" elevator is located between Room 167 and 168.
No Smoking. No Pets.
Rents weekly from Saturday to Saturday. Rents nightly with a 3-night minimum stay, last minute or off-season only. *NO LAST MINUTE BOOKINGS - 3 Days in Advance.
Linens are not provided but may be added to your reservation when booking. Please confirm linen pricing with your Vacation Planner.

-This property is an Atlantic Beach Office Check-in.
-NOTE: You must pick up your parking passes and pool bands from the on-site office on the day of check-in.
-No boats or trailers are allowed on the property.
- There are Trash HOA onsite dumpsters- 4 located on the property.
- Coin operated Laundry Room is located in L building.
-There is only one elevator per building
-A Place at the Beach does have a single beach Wheelchair that can be signed out for use at the office located on the property.
