Beach Life Down is the lower level 2 Bedroom, 1 Bath Oceanside Duplex located in Atlantic Beach. Taller homes have taken the oceanview but a 1 block walk makes this a perfect spot for easy beach access and a real Beach Life experience!

Bedroom #1 has a Queen Bed and Smart TV with basic cable. Bedroom #2 has 2 Twin beds. The Living Room has a Smart TV, basic cable, and DVD Player with large selection of DVDs to choose from.
