Seabee Surf is located on the beach in the town of North Topsail Beach on beautiful Topsail Island, North Carolina. It offers 5 bedrooms with 4 bathrooms and sleeps 18 people comfortably. It is also pet-friendly (Up to 4 dogs permitted with NON-REFUNDABLE PET FEES). Bedding includes 1 King, 4 Queens, a set of twin over twin bunk beds, a trip bunk offering a queen, twin and full, a twin size lounge chair and an extra-large twin-sized rollaway bed. The property is equipped with five TV's, internet, Wifi, an elevator that accesses every floor and plenty of outside seating on all three oceanfront decks, as well as a 240 NEMA charging outlet in the carport for EV's.Ground level: Welcome to the beach! As soon as you arrive you'll smell the fresh salty air and hear the crashing ocean waves. There is covered parking for two cars depending on size.. You have direct ocean access from here. Also on this level is a hot/cold shower to rinse off before re-entering the property. There is also beach chairs and a beach umbrella located in the storage room on this level.First Level: There are two entrances to the first level, either using the oceanside stairs up to the oceanfront deck or coming in through the carport entrance. This level contains a beautifully decorated family room as well as a dining area, full kitchen, one bedroom and one full bathroom. Family Room: Contains a smart TV (with remote) DVD player. The couch opens up to a queen bed. Great ocean views from here!Dining Area: Eat or enjoy all of your favorite board games from this magnificent oceanview table for six.Kitchen: Cook like a local in this fully equipped kitchen, with plenty of granite counter space to prepare your meals. Stainless steel appliances and beverage fridge! The kitchen counter seats an additional three people up on the stools.Bedroom One: Down the hall behind the kitchen is a beautifully furnished bedroom with a queen-sized bed, and beautiful views of the intracoastal waterway. This bedroom is attached to a full shower/tub combo bathroom. Second level: This level has three bedrooms as well as a full-sized washer and dryer in the main closet. Iron and ironing board are also located in this closet.Bedroom Two: The first oceanfront bedroom on the left at the top of the stairs features a queen-sized bed and a twin size lounge chair with a SmartTV. This room has oceanfront deck access through a sliding door. There is no beach access from this deck, but the ocean views are fantastic! Occupants of this bedroom use the full shower/tub combo bathroom down the hall.Bedroom Three: This oceanfront room is second down the hall on the left and features a queen sized bed, with beautiful distressed beach furniture, and a medium-sized TV with remote. This bedroom also has its own private full shower/tub combo bathroom. This room also shares the oceanfront deck with bedroom number two (no beach access). Bedroom Four: This room is across the hall from bedroom number three. It consists of one twin over twin bunk bed and a triple bunk bed offering a queen bed on the bottom, a twin XL in the middle and a full XL on the top. The bunk room is complete with a Smart TV. This room has great views of the intracoastal waterway but no deck access, which makes it a perfect room for the younger crowd. This bedroom is attached to the full bathroom that is also shared by bedroom number two.Top Level: This level has million-dollar ocean views and is completely dedicated to the Master Bedroom and full master bath. This room has a large king-sized bed, a medium-sized TV with a remote, and a walk-in closet. The full bathroom comes with double vanity and a large jetted tub/shower combo. The spectacular views from this rooms private oceanfront deck is simply amazing!
