And there's both an exterior and interior ramp for wheelchairs. Bring along a good book or just people watch the beach on one of two oceanside decks with expansive ocean views! Take in some sun on the top deck or just catch some shade on the bottom. The elevator room on the ground floor (which can be locked) has quite a collection of beach toys for the children. After relaxing or playing games on the beach, or a swim in the ocean, you can shower off in one of the two warm water exterior showers. You can even keep fido clean with his very own warm water elevated dog washing station! While relaxing in the living room you will enjoy a large screen Smart TV, equipped with an Apple TV box and hook up over the fireplace. The three bedrooms on the lower floor all have Smart TVs. And there is an additional half bath on the upper level for convenience. The laundry room has a full-sized washer/ dryer tower, as well as a deep laundry sink. There's even a large and medium dog crate provided for your furry companions (dogs only) to use while visiting and when they need to be left alone.
