DESCRIPTION
Due to the accelerated erosion and extreme high tides on North Topsail Beach, the town of North Topsail and CAMA have installed oversized sandbags as a temporary measure to protect these homes. Please be aware during high tides there will be no beach or direct beach access. Beach nourishment projects take place Nov-April and may impact this area. The roadside bedroom sleeps 4, with 2 twin beds, each with a twin trundle. The middle floor consists of a fully equipped kitchen and dining area which opens up to the living room. The living room has comfortable seating and a second flat screen TV. Off of the living room is your half bathroom. The open concept is enhanced by large windows and a 2-panel sliding glass door to the private deck. This is the perfect place to watch the waves crash on the beach and enjoy a cold drink. The master suite is on the third floor and offers a king size bed. It has a flat screen TV and a private bathroom. This property is conveniently located steps away from a public beach access and is located on beautiful Topsail Island.
