The spacious covered porches provide a peak of the ocean while inviting soothing coastal breezes. Comfortably furnished this home is conveniently situated near the Kure Beach Pier. Property Layout: The ground floor features a King Primary suite with an en-suite bathroom, a walk-in shower, and sliding doors that open to a green space. The laundry room, equipped with a full-sized washer and dryer, and elevator access are also located on this level. The second floor offers three beautifully decorated bedrooms. This includes a second King Primary suite with a private en-suite bathroom and access to a furnished outdoor deck. The additional bedrooms include one with a queen bed and another with two twin-over-twin bunk beds, sharing a bathroom with a tub/shower combination. Each bedroom is equipped with a ceiling fan and TV. The spacious third floor features a marvelous open floor plan with comfortable seating and a large flat-screen TV. Sliding doors lead to the front porch, where you can relax in rockers and enjoy ocean views. The floor also includes a fully stocked, beautifully appointed kitchen and a dining area with seating for six, plus four stools at the kitchen island. You can also enjoy a refreshing dip in the community courtyard pool after a day at the beach, and the Public beach access is just a short 60 second walk away.AMENITIES INCLUDE

If you would like to rent the linens, you can select linen sets, a la carte, for $34 plus tax per bed, at check out or when booking with a reservationist. Each linen set includes a fitted sheet, flat sheet, 2 pillowcases, bath towels and with every order a kitchen pack. This way you can choose which beds you want linens for and are not paying for linens you do not need.
Pleasure Island Pet Ordinances:
Leashed Dogs are allowed from October 1st- March 31st at any time of the day. April 1st- September 30th dogs are allowed from 5pm- 9am only. Dogs are not allowed on the beach 9am- 5pm. Dogs are not allowed on furniture & must be crated if left alone.
