Main level - Features an open floor plan, which consists of a living space, kitchen and dining area. There is a full bunk bedroom (br4) with bathroom with shower (note:this is the only bathroom on the main level).

2nd Floor -Boasts three nicely furnished bedrooms -The King Master(br2) has a private deck with ocean views and and private bath with shower. The 3rd bedroom features a Queen (br3) and crib (no sheets, blanket or duvet provided for crib), the 4th bedroom features a twin over full bunk(br5), both of these bedrooms share a bath with a tub/shower combo.

3rd Floor - Features a spacious King master bedroom(br1) leading to a private deck with oceanview and a large ensuite.

Fenced in Backyard- Features a private yard with private pool and grilling area (not shared with other side of the duplex, each side has it's own private pool).
