The first floor which is ground level features a King(br1) Master with En Suite, and walk-in Shower. Sliders walk out to back yard. The Laundry Room with a full sized Washer & Dryer is located on this floor, as well as a 1-car garage and parking up to additional 3 cars in the driveway. There are 3 bedrooms that have been beautifully decorated on the 2nd floor of this townhouse. The first bedroom has a King(br2) Bed, Ceiling Fan, and 32"TV with a beautiful En Suite showcasing a gorgeous walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen(br3) bed, and the 3rd Bedroom has 2 Double(br4) Beds. They share a bath with a tub/shower combo. Each of these bedrooms has Ceiling Fans and 24" TV's. All TV's equipped with the Select TV Plan through Spectrum TV.

The spacious 3rd floor affords a marvelous family area offering comfortable seating with a large 56" Flat Screen TV. Sliders access the front porch where you can rock away all of your cares while experiencing the relaxing breezes and views of the ocean. You will enjoy the fully stocked and beautifully appointed kitchen space. The Dining Space has seating for 6 with 4 stools at the Breakfast Bar which is perfect for children to linger and enjoy snacks before moving on to their next adventure. Keurig type & Drip type coffee makers for the coffee lovers in your family.

With all that said, the public beach access is just a short minute walk away, you may also enjoy a cool dip in the community courtyard pool after a day at the beach.

If you would like to rent the linens, you can select linen sets, a la carte, for $34 plus tax per bed, at check out or when booking with a reservationist. Each linen set includes a fitted sheet, flat sheet, 2 pillowcases, bath towels and with every order a kitchen pack. This way you can choose which beds you want linens for and are not paying for linens you do not need.   

Sleeps up to 10 ---Non smoking --security deposit applies --does not include sheets pillow cases, towels, soaps or paper products. Linens & Towels may be rented.  No Boats, Trailers, Campers etc. Allowed... Departure cleaning included.
