Park View Villa is a spacious dog friendly condo with an elevator, located just 1 block form the beach. Located in the heart of Carolina Beach, close to shopping, the Boardwalk, and quaint Café's. Beautiful furnishings greet you as you enter the calming living area which is an amazing retreat to return to after a day at the beach.The living area with Brazilian Hardwood Flooring is open to the kitchen with breakfast bar that seats 3 and the dining space with seating for 4. This space connects to the large veranda with plenty of room for everyone, and views of the ocean, and overlooks the Carolina Beach Lake.
The King Bedroom is massive, has En Suite with walk in Shower, which also connects to the outdoor veranda. The Guest Bedroom has a Queen size Bed and Bunk Bed. The main bathroom has a tub/shower combo.

*Linens and Towels: To help keep the cost down for our guests, this property gives you the option to either bring your own linens and towels or rent them. If you would like to rent the linens, you can select linen sets, a la carte, for $34 plus tax per bed, at check out or when booking with a reservationist. Each linen set includes a fitted sheet, flat sheet, 2 pillowcases, bath towels and with every order a kitchen pack. This way you can choose which beds you want linens for and are not paying for linens you do not need.

Leashed Dogs are allowed from October 1st- March 31st at any time of the day. April 1st- September 30th dogs are allowed from 5pm- 9am only. Dogs are not allowed on the beach 9am- 5pm.
