There is privacy, it is quiet without the hustle and bustle of traffic going by, and the added enjoyment of the marsh views. This home features two dishwashers, two refrigerators, two microwaves, two living rooms, and two sets of washers and dryers, There is additional parking for your boat or extra guests.   There is an elevator to all floors. The island has plenty to offer and things to do.  It has a golf course, skate park, mini-golf and arcade, restaurants, ice cream shops, a grocery store and a new Publix is coming, a splash pad for the kids, parks, fishing either onshore or one of our piers, nature trails, multiple beach accesses, Ocean access, inlet access, and the Intercoastal waterway accesses as well.  This home is not far from the new bridge which allows easy access to leaving the island. You can go and enjoy the shops and dining close to Southport nestled in where the Cape Fear River, Intercoastal waterway, and the Ocean meet.  The views are breathtaking.   From there you can take a Ferry either to beautiful Bald Head Island for a day trip or a Ferry to Ft. Fisher and visit the aquarium.  The North Carolina Battleship is a favorite destination in nearby downtown Wilmington and Myrtle Beach is just South for even more to do.
