This little hideaway on the ground level is completely separate from the rest of the house. Lush green grass adds to the attractiveness of views from porches on front and back.  Sleeping accommodations are available for up to 8 people. On one side is a bedroom and bathroom, which has a tub with shower and marble-topped cabinets. The children's room with two sets of twin/twin bunk beds share this bath. On the opposite side is a full bedroom with a bathroom in the hall off the living room.  Wrap-around countertops in the kitchen are marble, as are the vanity tops in the bathrooms. The modern kitchen features stainless-steel appliances, including a refrigerator with external ice dispenser. The dining area seats 8. A white wooden hutch is the focal point in this room matching the wood and white color scheme throughout the house.The large comfortably furnished living room has double sets of patio doors for maximum light, ceiling fan and flat screen tv.
