This stunning home has breathtaking 360-degree ocean views, including the Intracoastal Waterway, Lockwood Folly River, natural dunes and terrain, and even Holden Beach! You will likely spend a lot of time in the oversized great room because the inverted floor plan maximizes the long-range views. "The kitchen was well-equipped. Maybe trade one or two kuerigs for a crock or an Instant Pot for easier meal prep. An Ice maker might be a great addition for summer. Blackout curtains were a nice touch for the kids and those early sunrises! The views were amazing at any time of day, and we all loved the nice outdoor furniture."

"We thoroughly enjoy staying at Oceans 12. There is plenty of room for our whole family with 12 bedrooms and ample living space. The views are spectacular, and we always see some wonderful sunsets. The pool, beach, and tidal areas are great places for the kids to play and enjoy the water. They love it. Because we don't go to restaurants while there and do all our cooking, we use the kitchen constantly. We were glad to see the dishes were replaced with Corelle instead of the big, heavy ones they had before. The appliances were all working great this year. Lots of coffee pots! All in all, we love the place and have rented it for 2023 and hope to for years to come."
